I’m back from my lovely holidays, so I popped into my local charity shop for a quick browse, with my friend Caroline… all I have to say is - ‘Oh dear sweet baby Jebus in your little cart in heaven, if Stephen Hawking was wrong, and you do exist, then I thank you from the bottom of my cold, black heart!’ I don’t think either of us has EVER had such a good day in the one second hand shop. I spent around 70 euro, and I got soooooo much stuffage, more than I could even fit in the photo above.
I will be doing a proper post on everything I got over the coming days, along with some posts from the holliers. Oh…and putting some stuff in the shop too hopefully. Have to make room!
First up….
INSANE cropped vintage trousers : €4.00,
BRAND NEW Urban Outfitters orange lace bandeau bra : €2.50.
BRAND NEW Urban Outfitters cropped tux jacket : €5.00.
The belt was from another charity shop - 5oc.
The shoes are Gil Carvelho - bought my second pair of these on ebay after I wore the first pair to death. I paid €60.00 the second time around.
Happy, happy days. I was feeling a little in a style identity rut - you know - the ‘what look next’ feeling? Now I have decided for sure - it’s time to return to vintage…

I’d like to firstly thank the lil baby jebus in his lil cart in heaven for giving us Blanaid’s parents, who gave us Blanaid. Then i’d like to thank the internet people who invented the internet so Blanaid could do Blanaid.com. Then i’d like to thank the people who own the vintage shop, & the people who donated the VERY COOL clothes. Now i would like to thank Blanaid for having such a good eye for FANTASTIC outfits & fantastic vintage stuffage. And now i’m off to my corner to turn green with Jealousy!!!!! EXCELLENT post Ms Thang.
