First, I buy them a size too small as they're usually only tight on the waistband...I twist them into a little knot at the back and tuck that in, if that fails, a little bit of that 'tit' tape/ double sided sticky tape on each side at the top (on the side rather than the front and back)...usually though I forget to do all of this and spend the night pulling them up! Hi Cathy, forgot to answer this on Facebook, sorry!

First, I buy them a size too small as they’re usually only tight on the waistband…I twist them into a little knot at the back and tuck that in, if that fails, a little bit of that ‘tit’ tape/ double sided sticky tape on each side at the top (on the side rather than the front and back)…usually though I forget to do all of this and spend the night pulling them up!
