Blanaid owns Hennessy Media with her brother, the photographer Eoin Hennessy. They are opening a new studio in Kilkenny soon. 

She is one half of The Stylebitches, a satirical fashion and gossip blog, with Laura Cunningham.

She’s a freelance interiors and fashion writer, and currently writes interiors features for the Irish Independent newspaper. 

She is also a freelance interiors and fashion stylist. 

She is currently developing a fashion and interiors weekend in Kilkenny. 

She is the presenter of StyleNation.ie’s ‘All of This’ show.

She does all her own photoshopping stunts, including the design of blanaid.com and thecoffeyfilter.com, along with design elements of thestylebitches.com.

She DJ’s in SPY on South William St. in Dublin every now and again, with Laura. 

She was also the Style and Interiors editor of the Kilkenny People, columnist in The Voice newspapers, a producer and newsreader for KCLR96fm, and currently contributes to Tom Dunne’s show on Newstalk, and to SPIN 1038, with Laura.
